10.0La location perfetta! Casa isolata con vista sul lago trasimeno. Casa accogliente e ben rifinita, giardino curato tutto quello che si può cercare per un periodo di relax.

9.0Außergewöhnliche Hanglage. Das Ankommen ist mit einem offenen Mund verbunden: Eine wundervolle Aussicht im Garten, selbst aus der Küche heraus (beim Frühstücken, Abendessen) blickt man auf den Lago Trasimeno. Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus, das gemütlich für sechs Personen Platz bietet (wir waren zu viert). Es gibt vier Doppelzimmer und drei (sehr schöne und gepflegte) Bäder. Sehr angenehme SMS/Whatsapp-Kommunikation mit dem Host. Erwähnenswert ist auch, dass wir trotz der Temperaturen (bis 40 Grad) die meiste Zeit ohne Ventilator ausgekommen sind - gäbe auch eine Klimaanlage - nicht benutzt! Absolute Ruhe. Ein großer Garten/Rasen bietet viel Platz zum Spielen. Eine schöne Eiche bietet den besten und ruhigsten Schatten. Die Küche ist technisch mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt (Gasherd, Backofen, Platz und Geräte/(Koch-)Bestecke). In einem Radius von 1-1,5 Autostunden sind viele wunderbare Orte zu erkunden.

9.0Il panorama (il giardino si affaccia sul lago), l'ampiezza degli spazi, il giardino curato, la disponibilità e la cortesia dell'host, che ci ha subito accordato il last checkout e ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni utili a visitare i dintorni. La casa dispone di 4 comode camere e tre bagni, che sembrano da poco ristrutturati.
− Non ci sono negozi o supermercati vicinissimi, ma con 20 minuti di auto si trova tutto il necessario.
