Nice and quiet area, Greenford underground is 15 minutes walk, there is a bus stop within 5 minutes walking distance, you can take one bus to Westfield/shepherd's bush area. Very clean and the host was very friendly and welcomed us well, every time we ask something like extra bed linens and so on he was quick to respond and provided us with whatever we needed. • The host was flexible with the checkin and check out. Thank you for that. Everything was how it was advertised on booking.com.

Not as described and Let down with poor communication from Host

The location was great and it had car parking

− Upon arriving at the property I noticed that it was not very clean, there was clumps of hair on the floor in the living room as well as in the bathroom, the bathroom has black mould between the tile and the bin was absolutely filthy. The Kitchen was advertised as fully stocked. there was not a useful pot or pan to be able to cook with and items in the cupboards we not very clean. I sent a message to the Host to inform them and I have heard nothing back. This stay was to save commuting too and from a work site for the week, Unfortunately due to the cleanliness standards I did not feel comfortable staying in the property so ended up commuting all week.
