Very dissatisfied.
1.0Location is good.
− There was no hot water, no water in hot water tap. TV not connecting, some light fittings not working kitchen, toilet and lounge, blind to outdoor area broken, could not pull up. Informed the contact person, they said they will send someone the next morning, no one came. Very poor service and disappointing.

1.0NOTHING. WORST exsperiece fro Booking.com as well from resort manager Amanda. If you do have a slight mobillity impairement, it has major constraints.
− There was nothing to enjoy. We could not sleep there and had to in desperation book at a different place for us to sleep. It is NOT advertise sea view As advertise.worst experience fom Booking.com and resort manager (Amanda).

− The place needs attention. The lights in the backyard and kitchen didn't work. The blinds and doors to the outside either didn't open or were broken so I had no access to the promised views of the river and the sea. No action was taken after I reported the problems.
