8.0Die Villa hat eine fantastische Lage und ist für Ausflüge super geeignet. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist gut für Familien. Der Pool und die Aussicht sind toll.
− Leider funktioniert der Abfluss eines Waschbecken nicht. Das Fenster im unten Schlafzimmer ist defekt. Sowie diverse Verdunklungsrollos. Die Bettwäsche war verdreckt (Blutflecken) und bei Anreise war sichtbar das Küchenwaschbecken nicht gereinigt. Leider wurde das defekte Waschbecken im Zeitraum unseres Aufenthalt nicht repariert, obwohl wir sofort nach Anreise eine Mängelanzeige gestellt haben. Die Bettwäsche wurde von uns selbst gewaschen.

9.0Spotlessly clean and plenty of glasses and crockery provided . Beds very comfortable . Lovely outlook over the national park. Pool is perfect size . Made full use of the garden and nice to have the table tennis . Outside table area was perfect for our meals .
− It’s not a dislike, it’s an observation. The villa is set up for 8 people but there were only 6 sun-beds which meant we had to move about to give everyone a chance to get one . There is room to allow 8 beds so that would be what people would expect to find.

− Shower head not fitted in en suite. One outside speaker broken and crackly. Front door gets stuck.

9.0Everything was as the pictures . So it’s a new villa which a good overall standard
− The only little thing was that the pans were pretty much scratched and used a lot, so I would advise to see what’s the best alternative to keep those in good state .

The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines
In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of those hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the day of departure, no trash should be left on the property. Guests are required to remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be charged.
Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016).
Shortly before arrival, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
