8.0Spacious enough for 5-6 families (2-5pax per family). Good swimming pool size, bbq equipments all provided, clean house, near to Pengkalan Balak beach, private if you take all the units.
− The kitchen for main unit is quite small, fit only for one people. Other than that, i suggest for owner to build a tent or big canopy to cover from the sun at the swimming pool and the areas around it, so we can chill out around even during afternoon/early evening.

− We very dissapoint with owner: When we come, there is people INSIDE the property. They said, they are renovator who instructed to stay by owner. Then, this owner at start want to avoid by said "no costumer complaint before" Haloo,, we are complaining to you why not solving the issue immediately? Also, internet not being pay. Owner settle it WHEN we report it No clean at all, dust everywhere. Owner seems expect solve the problem all by automatically For example before we come, when we ask the owner about property, owner said: "You must watch the video first" Video video video? if you want to make business in property, service like answering querry is very important to the guess House gas, or kitchen lever also not functioning Owner not check the reality of the property directly, will not check everything for use before coming If you want your property are great, try think as guest point of view. All obstacle need to solve BEFORE guest coming. And one more thing, This house when at night, feels isolated When you go outside, its creepy Dark surrounding you No shop nearby
