Pendine Sands Edith Villas - a luxury seaside home with beautiful sea views♡

We had a fantastic stay in a well presented and clean house, minutes from the beach.

Location is excellent. A short stroll to the beach. The property is in an excellent condition throughout , and is extremely well equipped, from the kitchen to bedrooms and outside space. Hot tub is great with a summerhouse right next to it, with a small fridge and chairs, which makes changing and relaxing very easy.

− House was advertised as pet friendly. It is to a degree. The dog had to stay within the kitchen area whilst we were in the property, which is the only room on the ground floor. The lounge and all bedrooms are on different floors, which the dog was not allowed in. He was allowed on the patio area where the chairs, table and hot tub is located. Our dog managed very well on an eve being left on his own, but other dogs may cause some disruption being left alone, in a strange house.

Elegant, tastefully-decorated with pics of the history of the cottage/pendine, modern interiors yet cozy cottage-like feel. It had a well-equipped kitchen, separate pantry, utility. Lounge had a good collection of books, board games, chess, TV, Alexa to keep kids entertained in rainy days. Bedrooms on each floor were clean and tidy with crisp linen and bathrooms had sufficient towels, handwash and moisturiser. From the parking, you have entrance door to the Ground floor which encloses the kitchen/dining, WC, pantry, utility etc. Private terrace with hot tub and well appointed garden shed with extra towels and wine glasses. Pendine Beach is a 5 - 10 min walk away so did not have the need to take out the car.

− Indoor stairs are narrow and steep, just wide enough for one adult to go up, perfect for young people but may be difficult if there are old people and mums with babies and moving large suitcase over 3 floors. Jacuzzi access is from first floor, bathrooms are on 2nd and 3rd floor. 3 bedrooms share 1 bathroom on the third floor but we never had a problem as there was a WC in the ground floor for kids to use if other bathrooms are occupied.

The location was fantastic, and the host was wonderfully helpful. The house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, the welcome hamper was a lovely touch and much appreciated!
