10.0This property met all of our expectations and needs. The owner was so friendly and helpful. The apartment looks even better in person. It’s really spacious and light. The views are truly stunning. 🔥 This apartment has all the necessities (kitchen appliances, some staple items like sugar/salt/coffee/oil and so on). The owner also offers a discount card for the guests. There’s a 10% discount if you want to go to Bar GradenLAB. Unfortunately, we didn’t really have time to go there, but it looked nice and cozy.
− There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like, but the only thing was the noise from the street. It was heard only when you keep your windows open. It wasn’t really an issue for us.

− Non ho gradito la fase di ceck in virtuale,abbiamo dovuto spedire ogni ospite le foto con i documenti il giorno prima ed essendo in 6 ho dovuto contattare tutti un po laborioso avrei preferito fare tutto la mattina del ceck in in presenza inoltre ho dovuto firmare un contratto di locazione in cui mi assumevo la responsabilità dell' immobile. Per un soggiorno di una notte mi sembra esagerata tutta la burocrazia e mi ha fatto perdere tempo. Inoltre l'immobile è un po datato anche se dotato di tutti i comfort. Non è presente l'aria condizionata e la notte abbiamo avuto caldo.

6.0Das Einchecken ist kompliziert. Nachdem ich bei booking.com gebucht hatte, wollten sie noch unglaublich viele Informationen im Nachhinein. War kurz davor die Reise platzen zu lassen. Hat sich angefühlt also ob man mit einem/mehreren Amt/Ämtern kommuniziert. Androhung von drastischen Forderungen falls einem eine Tasse oder ein Glas kaputt geht. Hat die Sache nicht einfacher gemacht ... Würde ob diesem kompliziertem Vorgang wohl nicht mehr dort buchen.
− Bessere Beschreibung der Lage des Hauses. Liegt genau an der Straße. Wohnung hat nur einfach verglaste Fenster ohne Dichtung. Man hört die Straße deutlich
