− Unclean beds and living spaces. Contacted owner who agreed to full refund then reneged a few days later. Basicly lied to us. Booking.com useless in trying to get our money back
Very untidy- big letdown.
2.0Location, view.
− After a long tiring journey on arrival the apartment was a mess, felt like the previous occupants had left minutes just before we arrived, with warm wet towels strewed all over the bathroom floor & untidy bedrooms. Washing in a basket left in front of doorway as soon as we entered (unlocked door.) Apart from the kitchen, the whole apartment was unkempt on arrival. No response from owner, despite many calls & emails, worst- we ended up sleeping on the small sofas suffering a terrible nights sleep. Who would sleep in beds with used sweaty bedsheets, pillows & duvets? We expected the cleaners to turn up- they didn't, which made us even angrier. No communication from the owner whatsoever. A shame as the location of the apartment is ideal. Time & money wasted & a ruined trip...
