− O apartamento tinha mau cheiro. E os arredores, a vizinhança era incompatível com o que apresenta-se no booking. Nos cancelamos e não utilizamos a reserva. Era impossível ficar com a minha família no local.

Nächstes Mal würde ich was anderes buchen.

zentrale Lage, modern eingerichtet

− Laute Umgebeung, Hauptstraße auch abends sehr laut. Fehlendes Reiniungsgerät (Besen, Staubsauger, Lappen) Wenn man mit Kindern Frühstückt sind Krümel nicht weit :) Doch leider nichts vorhanden, um groben Dreck zu entfernen. Geschirr und Töpfe zu wenig, wenn man an sechs Personen vermietet. Türcode bzw. öffnet nicht immer.

I have nothing positive to say about this apartment and especially the owners

− 1. There were flies in the apartment, a lot of flies 2. Instructions I received were outdated. When I called the number they gave, but I spent so much money staying on the call and the guy never helped me. How come their own employees don’t know how to get to the apartment? What are they there for? Same with parking. They weren’t able to tell me where I can leave my car, instructions are outdated. 3. I asked if I could add 4th person. They said yes and sent me the link where I could pay for extra person, which I did. When we arrived, there were no towels or bedding for that person. I started chatting with them trying to get those things, but all I got were ai generated answers. Someone brought us extra toilet paper but again no towels. After our stay, I started asking for compensation- again just hundreds of useless generated answers. 4. In the end, even Booking support couldn’t get anything from the owner of the apartment and I git compensated by booking itself. So, apartment is fine until you have any even smallest issue. Then, communication is non existent. Please never stay here!

Die Lage

− Wir konnten das Appartment nicht beziehen - nach 1,5h in der Hotline und Chat wurde uns um 19.15 Uhr per SMS mitgeteilt, dass wir die Wohnung leider nicht beziehen können und uns etwas anderes suchen müssen. Eine bodenlose Frechheit - der Vormieter hatte den Schlüssel mitgenommen und es wurde nicht bemerkt, weil die Wohnung für unsere Ankunft nicht geputzt wurde - obwohl ich 4 KI generierte Nachrichten für den Check- in erhalten hatte. Achtung vor diesem Vermieter!
