1.0Outdoor area and the pool
− Everything! It was unhygienic and disgusting. Spider webs everywhere. Nothing was cleaned. Dead insects. Blankets and pillows stank of body odour. Showers and flushes were not working properly.

− Wasn't spotless, garden was a little overgrown, some beds were not comfortable at all.
Good, but room for improvement
6.0Loved the location of the property and inside was really lovely. The hot tub, BBQ area and pool were lovely additions.
− The shower didn’t work properly and the sanitary bins next to the toilets hadn’t been emptied and were full with other occupants discarded feminine hygiene products, which left a slight smell in the bathroom. There was also hair in the seals of the windows which was noticed upon opening. The pool which I believe was supposed to be heated was also tepid, at best but still pleasant to use.
Great stay would book again
10.0I was really worried about staying at this property due to the bad reviews but our family had a great time. The facilities were all in working order. The property could do with a bit of love putting into it and I would personally get new beds as they were low and uncomfortable. I would book this place again the location was good and the host made sure to tell us that he was available if we needed anything.

10.0Beautiful house with a beautiful garden. The house is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay, the outdoor area is fantastic with the coveres bbq and pizza over area. The pool is amazing with the added bonus of the outdoor hot tub. The kids loves the climbing frame in the garden.
