Super clean apartment with great location

Good location, everything is close - beach,supermarket, restaurants, cafes around the corner. You have a nice view on Ifac. The apartment itself is spacious,very clean and well equipped, you can find there everything you need for your stay. Nice touch is also 'welcome pack' with tabs for washing maschine and dishwasher. If you travel by car, you appreciate private parking in shadow. Terrace is very nice and oriented to 2 sites, so you can enjoy sun in the morning as well as during the day and control shadow with roller blinds and shutters.

− Everything was good. Fridge makes sounds from time to time but you can close the door 😊. There was a contruction in front of the building so it was little inconvenient, but nothing what owner can influence

Flight ran late but host still met us with keys (@2am!) with a smile too! Efficient air con, spacious balcony (loved it when we worked out how to fold back the glass windows - thanks you tube), comfy beds, kitchen seemed to have all the kit altho we didn't use it much - food in town was so very reasonable & lots of choice, private & secure (if a little challenging to get in/out of the space) car parking in the shade, lovely little communal pool for a dip. Would recommend.

− Unfortunately for us, we were there whilst they were digging up & replacing the footpath around the apartment - so disruption & noise from 8am until 6pm. So we didn't utilise the balcony as much as we would have liked. Obv no fault of the host: just one of those things.

Хорошие апартаменты ,в удобной локации = выбор сторон пляжа . Минус - запах в ванной комнате ( или комнатах ). Шум от улицы и уборки контейнеров с мусором которые оч .рядом . А в остальном все прекрасно и по итогу , это не испортило отдых

Una maravilla de estancia, todo de 10

Un piso maravilloso. 2 terrazas (una separada) con vistas increíbles que no te puedes creer a Ifach, a piscina, ubicación a 5 minutos andando de 3 playas diferentes (el mar de Calp es transparente y caliente la mayoría absoluta de los días de verano); piscina siempre vacia toda para ti con zona de bebes sin profundidad. Casa absolutamente adorable, comoda, habitaciones grandes y con ventanas enormes, sala grande, aire acondicionado super eficaz (usar solamente con ventanas cerradas!). Camas comodas, lavavajillas, lavadora, todo todisimo que se puede necesitar, 2baños, uno con ducha grande, otro bañera... 2 supermercados a 1 minuto y 5 minutos. Toda actividad acuática al lado, parque atracciones bastante bueno a 20min andando lentamente. Aparcamiento privado en sombra en parking de edificio.... Volveremos! Mil gracias!!!!!

Ubicación perfecta al lado de restaurantes y calas y tener parking es un lujazo en esa zona de difícil aparcamiento en la época que fuimos, agosto.

− La zona de la cocina al tener en la galería conjunta el aparato de aire acondicionado no estaba muy fresca para poder cocinar ahí.
