9.0The "Walk to Brown U" location was wonderful. The near by private parking lot was very convenient.

10.0A cozy and clean place which is perfext for a famaily travel, With 3 beds in 3 seperate rooms and sufficient cooking utensicils and seasoning. Parking lot is just across the road. it located near Brown and RISD, perfect for college tours.
