Property without adequate maintenance

The location is interesting right next to Popeyes and the apartment seemed new. Unfortunately, however, the property wasn't properly maintained.

− The mattress on the right side of the bed was practically non-existent, and the fan was very weak it was stiflingly hot! Urgent repairs were needed; the shower water wouldn't drain there’s likely no maintenance at all and, worst of all, the dining room chair was broken. Someone had tried to glue it back together, and that’s exactly what caused my boyfriend to fall while we were having lunch. It was literally a precarious situation! There were small cockroaches scurrying around the apartment, and the building entrance was disgusting!

− No WiFi so couldn’t watch tv there was bugs all over the kitchen worktop and in the draws asked for compensation twice over a two week period and staff couldn’t even be bothered to get back to me avoid it certainly isn’t a luxury apartment. It’s nothing like in the pictures. There wasn’t even any glasses just two mugs.😡😡😡😡😡

The most terrible experience I’ve ever had

The location was ok, in the center of town

− it was terrible! i booked for 4 nights. when i arrived i found out that the internet wasn't working. i wrote them on whatsapp to the only number where you could contact them and they told me they would send someone. they only sent on the last day, given that i told them i needed internet. and when that person arrived, of course he couldn't fix anything. but that's not the worst thing that happened. the next morning, i was left without electricity, because they didn't top up the electricity meter with enough money. i talked to them, i left them dozens of messages, they didn't answer my phone calls, they kept rejecting me. they told me that the person in charge of this doesn't answer. i told them that i would top up, just give me the account and the name of the supplier. they didn't know. then they didn't answer anymore. i had to rent something else because i couldn't stay without electricity, heat, hot water. I kept insisting, I barely received an answer that it was possible to solve it "tomorrow evening". Tomorrow evening only at 7-8 o'clock they sent me a top-up number. I told them that I wanted compensation, logically I still haven't received anything and a week has passed. They are big bugs, be careful! I won't say that there were many cockroaches in the sink area.

Awful experience, nothing like as advertised, couldn’t wait to leave.

Nothing it was horrendous.

− The kitchen and bathroom had cockroaches, beetles and other insects. It was not clean and disgusting, there were spillages on the floor, many marks on the walls, dust everywhere, the fridge and hob needed to be cleaned too. There were no glasses and 2 mugs, three small plates and four large plates. Bedroom light was broken in two. sprinkler in the living area was cellotaped over. The hallway outside was filthy. It was a horrendous and expensive experience for us and if I could have found somewhere else I would have moved out. It was very noisy until the early hours of the morning. My complaint and request for a refund is being ignored.

For me, I liked nothing about this property. Whatever pluses it had was undone by the unempathetic and bad communication style of the owners

− Property will continue to evoke very sad memories and deep sense of financial loss for me

− Be careful, it's a scammer, it's full of cockroaches, very dirty, I don't recommend it, don't pay for this apartment
