Spacious apartment 5 minutes from the Spanish Steps — AC was a lifesaver
10.0Check-in was easy. The apartment is on a posh shopping street, literally 5 minutes from the Spanish Steps, in a safe and lively neighbourhood. The apartment itself is big and well lit, with a fully equipped, functional kitchen — we cooked comfortably. We stayed 2 nights in the last week of August, and the AC was such a relief in the Roman summer heat. The building is old but well kept. Great base for exploring Rome on foot.
− Only a minor point: the building is old and the lift is tiny — it fits two people at most, or one person with one or two suitcases — so luggage goes up in a couple of trips. It honestly wasn't a problem, just something the fellow travellers can expect.
Overall this place is FANTASTIC! Truly hope to be back soon😁
10.0Loved everything about this place. Comfortable,clean and convenient. Can’t wait to stay again. The AC’s worked amazing and much needed during this heat wave! Each bedroom has its own bath which the pictures don’t show. 3 beds , 3 baths. Only 1 bathroom has a bidet though. The cleaning staff was so nice as well. Great communication from management. The elevator goes all the way to right in front of your door.
− IF I had to complain, the bathrooms have very little counter space. Maybe a small shelf added to wall would help GREATLY. Also the blackout curtains worked great but light still comes in pretty brightly . Bring some good eyepatches. Once those were on , it was heaven

10.0Appartamento ben curato, pulito e centralissimo. La proprietaria disponibile per qualunque richiesta. Super consigliato, soprattutto per famiglie numerose o gruppi di amici. Tre camere con ognuna il suo bagno privato. Zona giorno molto grande e luminosa. Il terrazzino nel centro di Roma non ha bisogno di commenti. Meraviglioso.
