− This is a one bedroom apartment with a second bed in a cramped mezzanine level. Air conditioning needs an upgrade to deal with the summer heat.

− Overall, we had a good stay at Ibernesi Charming Apartments. The location was excellent and made it very easy to explore Rome's main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The apartment itself was generally clean and comfortable. However, the upstairs area has a very low ceiling with exposed wooden beams, making it difficult to move around without bending down. My daughters bumped their heads several times. While the apartment was generally clean, the bathroom could use more attention, as there was mold visible in the shower grout and some peeling paint and mold traces on the bathroom ceiling.

− Fridge had rotting food in it from previous guests Insects in bed Cannot close off natural light in the bedroom on 1st floor which is not ideal for someone who cannot sleep with light in room

7.0Location was close to Colosseum. Easy access.
− Website said lift access, however when you got out of the lift you had to walk up a flight of stairs with your bags. Mezzanine floor in apartment not suitable for adults due to low beams and very small bathroom. No city views.
