10.0Absolument parfait. Literie très confortable, très bien éclairé, bonne climatisation, tout ce qu'il fallait pour cuisiner, eau bien chaude. Et, surtout, calme et parfaitement insonorisé : c'est tellement rare à Rome de ne pas être dérangés par le voisinage! L'hôte, Brando, est très sympathique et très disponible.
− Il faudrait peut-être laisser le mode d'emploi pour le microonde-combiné, car son utilisation n'est pas forcément très intuitive. Mais c'est un détail.

The ideal place for a comfortable stay!
10.0We were left completely satisfied with the flat. It is exactly how it shown in the pictures and in a super convenient spot, near a metro station (Ponte Lungo), a train station (Roma Tuscolano), bus stations with direct connection to the center and a supermarket in the ground floor area. The flat was spacious enough and well equipped, offering everything we needed for our stay. It is worth mentioning that facilities like washing machine, iron, coffee maker etc., are shared amenities with other guests in the floor. Brando, our host, is such a cool guy. He gave us a warm welcome and very clear check-in instructions, including some excellent recommendations for local food spots. Although the neighborhood may seem a bit shady at first glance, we felt completely safe throughout our visit. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rome!!

10.0非常好的住所，房东温和可亲，上来就贴心准备了周边美食推荐。楼下就有个大超市，我们每天玩好必回去购物吃点。餐具一应俱全，还有衣架晒衣服。很喜欢这个装修风格！地铁直达，离梵蒂冈等中心城区都不远。总之非常好的地方～
