NADA!

− é extremamente sem segurança! fomos roubados enquanto dormiamos no quarto! dentro da casa até é ajeitado, mas as cameras do prédio não funcionam!! invadiram nosso apartamento, levaram nosso passaporte, dinheiro, carteira, e nosso carro alugado, tivemos que acionar a polícia, anfitrião não apareceu, mesmo sendo incansavelmente comunicado do ocorrido, ao buscar pelas imagens descobrimos que as cameras do predio em sua maioria não funcionam, principalmente, a mais importante, que gravava a porta pela qual os bandidos entraram!!!! lugar extremamente suspeito!!!! fujam!!!

De douche had een goede waterdruk

− De locatie, is een mindere buurt van Washington dit stond niet aangegeven op website. Tevens was de communicatie dramatisch, in de bevestigingsmail stond aangegeven dat we een dag van te voren een mail kregen met de gegevens. Echter op dag van aankomst een meerdere berichten moeten sturen voordat de gegevens werden aangeleverd. Bij aankomst blijken de gegevens ook nog niet te kloppen... Uiteindelijk anderhalf uur voor de deur gestaan voordat we naar binnen konden...

Wouldn’t do it again.

The Property manager was responsive

− The location is absolutely horrendous. There ist so incredibly much noise. There is dealers all over the place and lots of police all the time. Even there is cameras you don’t feel safe. I have no idea how this place got good reviews. It is so Loud inside the apartment, that you feel like you sleep outside. The room was located in the basement, wich is even more unsafe in an area like that. The windows was blocked with wooden blocks to keep people out. There seems to be a bullet hole in the door. The couch has a hole and the walls are dirty and need to be painted. We also had an issue with ants. That have been all over the place. The cleaning team took care of this issue.
