9.0Die Unterkunft ist für mich perfekt gelegen. Sie liegt an einem ruhigen Platz, wo nicht ganz so viele Touristen hinkommen, aber gleichzeitig nur wenige Schritte von schönen Kanälen mit guter Gastronomie, netten Bars, kleinen Geschäften abseits der Massenabfertigung der Hauptwege. Dies hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung selbst ist groß, Badezimmer bietet viel Platz, Einrichtung ist passend dem alter Baustil gehalten, sehr angenehm. Man fühlt sich in Venedig angekommen, zumal man aus der Küche direkt in den Kanal treten könnte. Der Vermieter ist nett und war bei Fragen stets gut erreichbar über WhatsApp.

9.0Location was great for us. It was easy to get in. the hosts were responsive in general. The apartment was fine and had a good kitchen set up. Great for a 2 night stay in the old Ghetto Area.
− Some more soap from the start, but not a major deal. WE could have asked for more.

If the beds are replaced, I would definitely choose to stay at this property again on my next visit to Venice.
8.0Our stay in Venice was overall excellent. The apartment has a great location, and the staff were very welcoming, attentive, and ensured we felt well looked after. The only drawback was the comfort of the bed and sofa bed, which could use an upgrade. I mentioned this to the manager during our stay. Aside from that, everything was perfect, and I would happily recommend this property, especially for a family of four.

− Das Appartment ist für Familien eher nur für kurze Aufenthalte geeignet, da mit ausgezogenem Schlafsofa und recht kleinem Beistelltisch ein gemeinsames Essen nicht so gemütlich ist.
