Awesome home, great location with being so close to downtown Athens and UGA. We would happily stay there again.
10.0The cottage was very nicely appointed and furnished. It fit our family of 6 quite easily. It had everything we needed. Communication with the owners was quick and easy.
− The single lane driveway posed some challenges with multiple cars.

Great house, location, driveway
10.0The owner immediately addressed an issue with the dishes and flatware, and accommodated a need we had. The art in the house is *gorgeous *. The house is in a great location for us to visit friends in Commerce. We were able to gather for Thanksgiving dinner with plenty of room for 8 people. There were so many tongs which I thought was hilarious at first, but come Thanksgiving dinner, we almost ran out. Lol 5☆ Highly recommend nearby the Tree that owns itself, and Dam Number Ten lake (as listed in Google Maps; it's actually a small dam at the end of a huge lake with plenty of hiking, play areas, swimming in season, boating, etc. $2 admission/ person).
− The checkout instructions in the booklet were different than what was messaged the morning of checkout. Maybe they changed that after.

10.0It was very comfortable. Nice spot for a fire in the back.
− If I have to pick something, it's the driveway. It's a bit narrow, but it can't really be helped with where it's located. All in all loved it.
