Capri Charm Remodeled Oasis w/ Heated Pool-Kayaks

A very tranquil space to slow down for a weekend!

We loved the size of the home. It afforded enough space for a group of 7 adults to spread out nicely. The 4th bedroom downstairs felt like a separate little oasis. The restaurants were in walking distance, and the beach was just a 12 minute drive away. We spent the majority of the time entertaining at the outside table and watching the NFL draft. The string lights along the outside stairway was a nice touch to add visibility at night. We thoroughly enjoyed the home. We didn't swim or use any of the games located in the garage, however, it was stocked for any activity we could have imagined.

− The outdoor furniture cushions could use just a little TLC. Also, a safety concern was the that the outdoor wooden stairwell that leads from the deck to the pool appears to lean. We were careful to walk close to and hold on to the rail.

The property was beautiful inside and out! Plenty of room!

− The only downfall about this property was the neighborhood!! The neighbor to the right of the house is awful!! He called the cops on us at 830pm for playing cards on the back porch, cops rushed in the back porch due to a call about a fight just to walk up the stairs to a card game being played!! They were very confused but super nice!! Screamed across the fence at 930 at children playing in the pool!
