− Back entrance was a little untidy. And it was very warm.

− Some flexibility for check out. Also keys had to be collected and dropped a distance away. Walking with luggage etc to pick up and drop the keys was a little inconvenient

The apartment is utilitarian and no-frills.
6.0The location is halfway between the main railway and bus station and the Centre:MK shopping mall. There are plenty of restaurants and a Sainsbury's supermarket within a very short distance of the apartment. Having no car for transport, the location is ideal for using public transport. The apartment is clean and comfortable with modern furnishings.
− The accommodation is hardly stunning. I would rate it as fairly basic. For example the kitchen utensils are well worn. I could not find a bottle opener, corkscrew or sink drain plug. The mains breaker trips when using the stove and oven. While the apartment itself is quiet there is a lot of noise at night from people partying in the "Hub" square below. There are no dark window coverings to provide darkness in the bedroom at night from lighting in the "Hub" area. A second set of bathroom towels would have been appreciated. Shaving in the ensuite is difficult with no mirror over the wash basin and very little shelf space for 'stuff'.

− the toilet in the main bathroom doesn’t flush very well, flooring in the main bedroom is lifting and needs relaying, clearly been flooded before. The intercom does not work therefore you cannot see who’s calling up to the apartment
