With the exception of the non-working ACs my family enjoyed our stay and the location.
7.0Location, two bathrooms & kitchen
− Two of the air conditioners were broken and the weather was in the 90’s. However, the owner did refund 100€.
This is definitely a fabulous, spacious place to stay in Rome.
10.0We loved staying at Gregoriana House. It was halfway between the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Pamela met us on arrival and was so kind and helpful. She even walked me to the grocery store to show me the way. Leaving water in the refrigerator and snacks on the table was unexpected. The two bedrooms with attached bathrooms are far apart so you have lots of privacy if you are two couples traveling together. It was also so nice to have what appeared to be a new washer so we could do a load of clothes before our cruise. It was very hot when we were there but the air conditioning was very strong. She did arrange to have one changed while we were there because she didn’t think it was strong enough. There are 3 air conditioners and we were very comfortable. Thanks Pamela! We would love to stay there again.
− There is one flight of stairs to get to the apartment but Pamela helped us with our luggage and while we were there the steps were not an issue at all.

10.0The location was fantastic, central to everything. The building was secure and we felt super safe. Its very hot at the moment, the apartment has air-con which was amazing. It was absolutely perfect for us!
− It can be quite noisy at night, we live on a large property usually, so aren't used to hearing the city around us. We got used to hearing the noise & I would stay here again!
