Wet bedding and rude service
1.0It had lots of promise
− From having the wrong lock box code and having to wait outside until getting a response. Then discovering that the towels were all soaking wet and draped on doors and bannister rail. Only to then further find that all the bedding sheets were wet from being washed earlier and spun dry AND PUT ON THE BED AS IF THAT WOULD BE OK, we knew we had walked into a disaster. When we complained we were told that was the best that could be done as it was a late booking. Huh! Don't offer accommodation if you can't handle late bookings. We were offered a slap-in-the-face £20 rebate for our troubles which was increased to a paltry £40 or a cancellation and refund. When we said this was a paltry amount and the wet sheets needed addressing we were told "I'm not having this conversation". This was all at 6pm and we had a show to see in London beginning at 7.30pm. Hence our dilemma to stay and catch pneumonia or quickly find somewhere much better. Needless to say we cancelled and we were able to rebook elsewhere while on the train into London and they even let us check-in 11.45pm. 100% better service This was the rudest and most appalling service we've ever had. No thought whatsoever for the customer, only interested in money. Cannot give a good review of house or host.

6.0− The sheets were unchanged not clean no pillow cases on pillow. Towels hanging everywhere wet but washed and clean. Could be doing with more fans also kitchen table chairs need s rews tightened really unsafe..

10.0This is a lovely property in a great location. 15 minutes from Wimbledon Tennis courts. A lovely riverside walk to Kew Gardens. The rooms are large and spacious. Very good value!

− All was great. Maybe the power of the shower jet could have been a tiny bit better but that’s looking for something.
