5.0− We were kept waiting outside the apartment with our luggage in the August heat for a long time, dispite communicating our arrival time and providing updates along journey to the location (as requested). The host was actually inside the apartment during the wait. The host then suggested their listing was set up incorrectly on the site. The money paid for 3 nights via booking.com was therefore only sufficient for 1 night stay. My choices were to leave after 1 night or pay more directly to the host. I chose to leave.
