4.0An old house placed in a small, charming village close to a beautiful lake with decent beach. A lot of forests, wildlife and nature around and we loved it. Jacuzzi was great. Specious garden. Good contact with the owner.
− In general it wasn't clean enough to make us feel comfortable. Starting with the garden, a shelter full of abandoned glass bottles and other garbage. Grill wasn't clean. The white table and chairs look totally disgusting. In the house it wasn't any better. The floors and bathroom were very clean, the rest wasn't. Kitchen needs general cleaning as anything you touched was sticky. In one of the closets there were dozens of flies. Besides there wasn't enough storage. In bedrooms you could find belongings of previous guests. The closets were old and stinky. We stayed there in the middle of a really hot summer. Lack of mosquito nets really was annoying as you could not open a window (thousands of mosquitos around). The temperature upstairs was very high. Only one fan in the house solved the problem in one bedroom only.. Poor wifi (but that was the least of a problem)

1.0− That is a place unappropriated for renting. This is filthy, smelly, moldy, in a disgusting state. The bedsheets have blod and swet stains.

10.0We had a fantastic stay at Modernt & Rymligt Sommarhus! It was the perfect escape for our family, and our furry friend absolutely loved it too. The location is ideal - quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature. We saw plenty of wildlife during our walks, which was a real treat for the kids. Checking in was a breeze, which was a huge plus after a long journey. The house itself is even more spacious than the pictures depict. There was ample room for everyone to relax and spread out, making it ideal for both families and groups. But the highlights don't stop there! Here are some additional things we loved: Cozy fireplace, Perfect for stargazing at night, Fully equipped kitchen The kids especially enjoyed playing in the big backyard, We had some memorable evenings relaxing on the garden deck Overall, Modernt & Rymligt Sommarhus exceeded our expectations. It's a fantastic rental for anyone seeking a peaceful and relaxing retreat in nature. We would highly recommend it to families and pet owners alike!
