It was overall alright, but missing some amenities.

It was overall alright, blankets were soft and there were a decent amount of towels. The couch was comfortable and I enjoyed the pull out portion of it. The shower was decent as well, water got hot quickly.

− The tv didn’t work even though the owner did try to come fix it, and the walls are so thin you can see light coming from the other unit next door. The shower has wood around a window inside it and it leaked this brown slime onto me and my partner. Very few kitchen utensils, ended up having to buy some to use while I was there. My partner also left his wedding ring there, and the cleaner said she would ship it back but it’s been around two weeks and he still hasn’t gotten it back, if he gets it back I’ll update my rating.

Shockingly good for the money spent

Everything was great. Staff even allowed me to check out slightly late and were very helpful and accomodating. Great location, especially if you intend to cross over into Canada on occasion as I did. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was good and everything was well cleaned. Only thing to be mindful of is that soap/shampoo etc is not provided and so you should bring your own. Also the noise from the floor above is very noticeable and travels right through - which wasn’t an issue for me but if you go to bed before 10-11 you may want to take that into consideration.

We liked how close we were to everything. We also enjoyed the the room it was clean and nothing was tore up. I would stay at this properity again.

− Only negatives were, there were no hand towels, or kitchen towels, and the living room could use a little lamp. I am only 5'4" and the only mirror in the property was in the bathroom, which I could only see my face from my nose up. It would be really nice if they could put in a cheap floor length mirror you could sit on the floor and put your make on as well as see your whole body.

Good location for the falls as stated

− Neighbourhood felt unsafe. I'm glad we had a car to travel around. Noisy heating system kept us wake all night. There is no sound insulation from recent renovations. We could hear every footstep. There were strong suggestions from the owners n apartments telling us how to review the accommodation. Overall, I was very disappointed.

Cute modern apartment near falls and casino

The apartment had everything I needed. It was newly decorated in a modern style. Instructions and the security code were emailed to me. When I accidently got double booked and booking.com refused to refund the second charge, the local owner stepped in and promptly took care of it. By the way, this apartment is one of several in an older home and they are remodeling another next door. It is a half mile or less from the Indian Casino and within walking distance of Niagara Falls and a park. We saw fireworks at 8pm and think they do it every night.

− No lamp or tv in bedroom. The tv system was hard for me to figure out but I am a senior citizen.🙃
