− Amount of furniture in the lounge not adequate. Wooden benches around dining table not to my tastes. Asked for TV remote control never received it although promised. The same applied to defective bulb in bedroom. Parking is difficult particularly for disabled clients. Accessibility in property needs improving. Still waiting for security deposit to be returned.
