4.0La comunicación previa a la estancia fue fluida, y la llegada estuvo bien organizada. La casa tiene potencial, está bien situada y nos dejaron una cesta de bienvenida que agradecimos.
− Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia se vio muy empañada por el estado general de limpieza y mantenimiento. Al llegar, ya había excrementos de pájaros en la piscina, una mosquitera caída dentro de ella y la casa presentaba suciedad acumulada, especialmente en la cocina y zonas bajas de muros. Lo más desagradable fue la presencia constante de insectos (como el negro de la foto por toda la casa) y telarañas en la zona baja de los muros, lo cual generó incomodidad y malestar durante toda la estancia. A pesar de haber reportado estos problemas con fotografías, la respuesta del alojamiento fue defensiva y poco empática, negando lo evidente en lugar de ofrecer soluciones o una disculpa sincera. La ducha exterior tampoco funcionaba (había que enganchar la manguera que saltaba constantemente al encenderla) Hemos estado en muchas casas rurales y entendemos que en un entorno natural puedan aparecer insectos, pero lo que encontramos aquí no fue algo puntual, sino indicativo de una limpieza superficial y una falta de revisión antes de la entrada. En resumen: una experiencia decepcionante, más aún teniendo en cuenta el precio pagado. No repetiríamos.

Casita encantadora con piscina en Montánchez
9.0La casita estaba totalmente reformada y super limpia con un montón de menaje disponible. La piscina, aunque pequeñita, nos vino muy bien para refrescarnos. Especial mención a los colchones y almohadas que era super compdos.
− La luz verde de emergencia que hay dentro de las habitaciones. No permiten conciliar bien el sueño. Las piscina hacía mucho ruido por la noche.
