Had an excellent stay. Was clean and tidy. Would recommend

Area was well located as needed close to town centre/ local attractions like memorial park and train station for transport routes.

− The street because it’s right next to a Main Street, it does get a little noisy with constant traffic other than that it was very convenient. The member of staff that came to clean when we were checking out was very rude as came half an hour earlier than the check out time on our booking and even after showing her the booking and email was raising her voice and muttering. But I admit this has nothing to do with the host so cannot fault the host nor the property. The stay was excellent. Thanks

Location is good for an overnight stay to see an event at Coventry Arena/Stadium

Good location if travelling for an event in the City Centre. We caught uber's into the City Centre which cost around £5.00 so that was good. Tea/Coffee provided and toiletries/towels. Communications with the host were good and it was easy to find the lock box to get in etc. Parking on site is a good bonus.

− However the flat is basic it's not luxury. The shower was not fully flowing (in the bedroom en-suite)- we didn't need it for our purposes so didn't report it. Pillows on beds need replacing, they are clean but not comfy. I thought it was expensive for 3 people for one night but there was an event on in the city centre so prices do increase when that happens.

Made our stay in midlands a lot easier knowing we have somewhere comforting to go back to. Thank you very much

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!

− I do not know where to start! The property is the total opposite of what you see advertised in the pictures and needs removing from booking.com! It needs gutting, a deep clean and redecorate before it is being rented out ever again! The cupboards are sticking from years of cooking grease and the top of the kitchen cupboards have definitely not seen a clean in years! Walls and furniture look shabby, windows are broken, curtains are falling off the walls, mould and damage in the dirty bathrooms, lampshades missing and electrics hanging of the ceiling and walls. There is a none smoking policy but yet you can smell and see that this flat has been smoked in for years! I'm a frequent traveler, both for business and pleasure and I haven't come across such a low standard EVER! I'm not sure the smoke/ carbon monoxide alarms are fully functional, as they are covered in a thick layer of grease also. We booked for 2 adults and 4 children, yet only had 4 sets of bedding provided which was dirty and looked already used! Even my young children did not want to touch anything, the flat was nothing shy of disgusting! Tried to contact the property with no response, yet they have had the cheek to pester me twice for a good review - well here you have it!!!! Unfortunately, only able to upload 4 pictures, but I have probably got another 30 on my phone. Have filed an official complaint to booking.com - never known anything like it.NEVER AGAIN!
