We had a fantastic stay at La Renda in Jávea Port. The villa is exceptionally well equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. There is plenty of space both indoors and outdoors, making it ideal for families or groups. The outdoor areas are a real highlight, with two separate dining spaces that allow you to enjoy meals in the sun or shade throughout the day. The garden kitchen and BBQ area are excellent and made outdoor entertaining effortless. The location is perfect – situated conveniently between the port and the charming old town, both within easy reach. L'Arenal beach is also just a pleasant 30-minute walk away, making it an ideal base for exploring all that Jávea has to offer without needing to rely on a car. A special mention goes to Marcos, whose communication was excellent from start to finish. He was friendly, responsive and incredibly helpful, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We were also lucky enough to visit while the local fiesta was taking place, which added a wonderful atmosphere to our stay and gave us a chance to experience the local culture and celebrations. For anyone planning a visit to Jávea, the local events and activities guide from is a great resource for finding fiestas, markets, live music and other events happening during your stay. We would be delighted to return to La Renda one day and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable and perfectly located villa in Jávea.

Superb in Every Way

Comfortable and very well equipped villa, conveniently situated in between the Javea port and old town. Quiet with great pool. Loved having breakfast on the balcony overlooking the garden. The ceiling fans and air conditioning in bedrooms welcome in the heat. Immaculately clean with good quality linen, toiletries, and towels. Good layout and tastefully decorated. We liked the blue tiles in the kitchen. The hosts, Marcos and Ivan, are professional and very client centred. They are responsive and kind and do everything to ensure your stay is the best. We felt safe and well looked after. They are perceptive and proactive in offering help. Wonderful hosts who made our stay all the more special. Thank you.

La casa muy bonita, cuidada, limpia y nos ha hecho sentir como en casa. Marcos es un súper anfitrión y sus recomendaciones son muy acertadas.

It was an enjoyable stay in the property but would have preferred a property with three bathrooms.

It was clean house. Beds were very comfortable. We loved being able to sit outside on the balcony. The location was close to the port where there are lots of restaurants. The owner responded to emails quickly.

− We were disappointed to find only two bathrooms for three couples. We only chose this property as it advertised three bathrooms. We did not class the outside pool shower as another bathroom. It would have been good if we’d had the towels changed during the week.
