− There could have been instructions on how to use the thermostat. It would be more helpful to tell us the lock code a few more hours in advance.

Affordable but not comfortable enough
4.0Buses were near, conveniently located a few mins away from Aldi and food places. Kitchen was a good size with sufficient appliances and equipment.
− Walls were dirty and had holes, place looks like it has some considerable wear and tear, maintenance is definitely needed. Some bedsheets and pillow cases had stains that could not be cleaned off, beds and pillows too soft, we could feel the springs of the beds and it really hurt our backs. Light switch to the toilet was too short had to use a chair to stand on to pull it, house was really dusty. Way too far to reach central london.

Lovely stay, would definitely stay here again
10.0The property is really nice and surprisingly a lot bigger than we thought. Especially for the beds as well. Very comfortable, everything worked as needed and honestly had an amazing time overall. We also had a last minute change to the amount of guests which the host accommodated at no extra charge - which was very lovely of them! Communication was great and they were very clear with everything!
