Die Fewo ist nicht so weit vom Zentrum entfernt und ruhig gelegen. Aus der dritten Etage hat man einen Blick auf ein renoviertes Gründerzeithaus oder in der Küche auf einen Park. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, selbst ein Kinderbett steht mit im Schlafzimmer. Etwas skurril sind die fast in jedem Raum befindlichen Uhren: jedes Exemplar zeigt eine andere Zeit.

− Ein schmutziges Blech im Backofen (sicher von Vormietern hinterlassen) war nicht so schön, ein Tisch, auf dem sich zwischen Tischdecke und Wand Reste ebenfalls von Vormietern sammeln, ebenfalls nicht. Das reißen auch gehäkelte Sonnenblumen nicht raus. Schade, weil das ja leicht zu behebende Sachen sind - genauso wie die auf der rechten Seite ausgehängte Gardine in der Küche.

Staying here felt like being part of my own little German fairy-tale! Getting up from the cozy bed in the mornings, I was greeted with a view of some wonderful modern homes through the window. The apartment was lovely, clearly decorated with love, and provided everything essential for a comfortable stay. The fact that the apartment was on the 3rd floor did not bother me at all, and this was clearly stated in the description. The host happily answered all of my questions during my stay and pointed out the nearest grocery stores. The only downside to my stay here was having to leave! Highly recommend staying here. Bedroom: As a lover of soft beds, the bed here did not disappoint. For those that prefer something firmer to sleep on there was a fold out couch in the living room. For pillows there was assortment to choose from: synthetic or natural down, large or small. Bathroom: The bathroom was not big, but provided enough flat surfaces and hooks to unpack all of my things comfortably and provided plenty of different sized towels. The shower had both and standard and rain-style head. Kitchen: The kitchen was equipped with all the essential appliances and has tea, coffee, sugar, spices, and vegetable oil stocked.

A lovely stay, the flat is spacious and completely furnished. I was staying during a cold month, the heating works perfectly. The owner and her assistant are very flexible and helpful, any extras I required were fulfilled immediately. Parking was never a problem. Even if coming late at 10PM or at midnight, there were always available parking spaces round the corner just a few steps away. By 6PM you are usually able to find a parking space right at the doorstep. The apartment is located on a nice, quiet side street full of historical buildings.

Tidy friendly apartment close to the center.

The apartment is quite close to the center. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I also liked that some tea and coffee were available as I had no time to shop. Shower was nice and hot. Communication with the owner was easy. And the key was also simple to find.

− It’s up on the third floor so difficult with heavy luggage. I was there in a public holiday and there were not any open restaurants nearby. And because it’s a small place most of the take away places stopped a 9 pm. Otherwise it’s a great apartment.
