2.0Beds were clean Parking outside was free although that is what we were told we were apprehensive as no indication outside! Good distance from the train station Property management company were helpful in assisting me to pay the damage waiver and getting access details.
− So much! Entrance and stairs were disgusting. Fire,/smoke alarm wires hanging out. Scratches on kitchen worktops Curtains didn't open Light switch in bedroom dodgy Chips in bath. Sink cracked Nowhere to hang clothes, hooks at entrance to hang coats. No wardrobes or hooks to hang in bedroom. TV was fuzzy. We only boiled the kettle so don't know about kitchen white goods. Towels were clean but all very very damp, almost wet. I have more photos The waiver deposit of £150 paid on 19th October still has not been reimbursed it's now 10 days!! Can you get them to reimburse me please. I booked this apartment for my family from different areas for a family funeral so I was embarrassed to say the least! 2 families from Northumberland, 1 from Nottingham. The lounge with bed settee was so small, my son and wife went elsewhere!! I always expected booking with you would have a good standard!!

We came over for a funeral and l booked apartment to make it easier for us but it was disappointing
1.0− No light in main hallway and was so dangerous to go up stairs in complete darkness with my 85 year Mum and l had a fall as well , l have sent in a email about all of this and still waiting to hear from the company about our stay .
