Appartamento in posizione comoda ma sporco.
7.0Ottima posizione, vicinissima al centro e comoda per i parcheggi a pagamento appena fuori dal portone di casa. Presenti tutte le stoviglie, piatti e posate per poter mangiare in appartamento. Comoda la presenza di due camere e del divano letto. Proprietario molto disponibile e gentile, mi ha subito risposto al telefono appena ho avuto problemi.
− L’appartamento non era particolarmente pulito, c’erano peli e capelli sulle lenzuola e apparentemente si percepiva poca cura nella pulizia generale della casa. Il piccolo cortile con accesso dalla porta accanto alla cucina era maleodorante e inutilizzabile, anche solo per stendere fuori qualche indumento da asciugare. Non credo che tornerò in questa struttura.

5.0Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und war im Grunde sehr schön aufgebaut und eingerichtet.
− Uns wurde ein Parkplatz versprochen, den wir nie bekommen haben. Pfannen waren sehr zerkratzt und in sehr geringer Anzahl vorhanden. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig vor allem im Bad explizit in der Dusche (Duschkopf kaputt) und Schimmel in der Dusche. Kommunikation war nicht vorhanden, hätte ein Nachbar uns nicht die Tür geöffnet, hätten wir ca 3 Stunden gewartet. Zudem war das Schloss der Wohnungstür kaputt und man musste über die Terrasse rein. Die Terrasse war sehr unschön. Das Sonnensegel war sehr versüfft und die Couch auf der Terrasse ist kaputt und verschimmelt. Alles in allem, wenn man sich um die Wohnung kümmern würde wäre diese wirklich eine 10 von 10, aber in diesem Zustand gerade mal eine 3 von 10

10.0Lokalizacja bardzo blisko ścisłego centrum, wokół dużo restauracji, parking płatny pod samym apartamentem. Miejsce bardzo godne polecenia.
