Beautiful resort, beautiful staff, beautiful location unfortunately stay was too short.
9.0Breakfast was average and the location was wonderful. Was expecting a buffet style breakfast similar to your sister resort in Rarotonga. Staff were lovely and very polite. We especially loved Maggie.
− What we didn't like was the water in the shower was going hot and cold without adjusting it. Also the bicycles in the resort need to be repaired and maintained better. One of the pink bikes was on gear 3 but I could not change that so I could get up a hill on the way back to the resort. Brakes were a bit dodgy too.
You won't find a more beautiful property anywhere!

10.0This resort was beautiful & exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this for a special holiday. The staff could not have been more helpful, right from the pickup at the airport the experience felt like a luxury stay. Everything you needed was available at the hotel included in your stay snorkels, reef shoes, canoe's etc Well worth the money spent here
Beautiful oasis
10.0The property set on beautiful beach with prime snorkelling and great sunset views! The room bungalow on the beach was stunning. Lots of space. Amazing shower pressure. Comfortable bed. Having the balcony space was lovely. Greta to be able to get out of sun and have a shady space. Hotel staff go extra mile. From front desk to the cleaners. Just amazing. Our welcome and tour was next level! Loved concept of 2 happy hours and cocktail of the day. The extra info in room felt elite.
− The restaurant was a bit hit and miss. Very slow service and most staff just going through motions. Baldwin went extra mile though. Checkout in theory sounded so organised. Letter with plan night before. Breaky 7:30. Bag pick up 8. Settle bill by 8am and then 8:20am transfer. Everything went to plan but breakfast. We arrived and ordered. But only drinks came. We walked out at 08:15 to meet transfer. We were only guests leaving at that time. I feel restaurant should have been more on top of that to be inline with hotel plans provided to us.
A memory for the rest of my life- the beauty of the resort and the lovliness of the people who looked after us there.❤️
10.0From the moment you arrive on the Island of Aitutaki the dream begins. Greeted personally at the airport with garland of scented flowers and a cool drink- the dream begins! All that you’d hoped for and more! The arrival at the resort is spectacular - buildings, gardens all stunning. All accomdation is right on the beachfront. From the outside a palm roofed hut that is both luxurious and sumptuous inside! Huge bed with heirloom Cook Island quilted cover, marble bathroom and the view of your tropical beach and lagoon is breathtaking.
− Nothing! Except it was hard to leave!
