Neglected property, misleading listing — avoid at all costs.
1.0− Filthy, broken, and nothing like the ad. Dust, hair, rust, mold, chipped glasses, broken furniture, incomplete kitchen equipment, and appliances in questionable condition. Cracked outdoor table, uncut grass, and dog mess in the garden. No hot water on arrival, and the agency first tried to blame me before sending technicians. Replacements for broken items didn’t even match. Rude, dismissive representative with zero customer care skills.
