Een fijne compleet ingerichte stacaravan op een mooi vakantiepark op een centrale locatie in de Cotswolds.

− De caravan was prachtig ingericht. Het zou alleen extra fijn zijn als de slaapkamers verduisterende gordijnen zouden hebben gehad.

Fantastic short stay in a the cotswolds which provided excellent accommodation for us while visiting clarksons farm

The caravan appears to be refurbished as it’s in incredible condition inside, very clean and tidy.

− This would be outside the owners control, however on our second night in the caravan we had to remove 5 different spiders from the ceilings of the bedrooms.

Reasonably priced, well kitted out van.

The van was well kitted out and clean on the whole. Decent shower. It was quite homely and had been decorated with thought – the kids liked the duck theme. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The food at the main site is good and not expensive.

− Sadly the outdoor pool was closed which was a great shame on the hottest weekend of the year! It had been shut since the previous winter and we had no idea. Gutted. We didn't know there was a 'Party in the Park' that weekend – we were looking for sleep before an Open Water Swim so that was not quite what we needed, but it was no one's fault. The site is not landscaped and is disappointing – made up for by the ducks on the lakes, but it is not an attractive site at all and no privacy between vans. Staff were mainly kids of varying degrees of competance. Some patience and perseverance required when booking the pedalo or the pedal carts. The lid on the loo seat in the main bathroom was not clean at all. Who pees like that?? A mystery! The booking process was uncertain - booked one night, told I needed to book two, then poor communication. I genuinely thought we'd been scammed. It all worked out but of all the many, many European bookings I've made, I think this was the most confusing and stressful! We didn't find the main bed very comfortable.

Great location of the caravan as it was only a 1 minute walk to the main building with the swimming pool, soft play, restaurant etc. and 10 second walk to the Mallard Lake! Food was great in the restaurant, and we had a great time fishing on the big lake, the staff were very helpful with all the questions we had. We caught countless roach on the little lake and 5 pike and 1 giant perch on the main lake. It was very clean when we arrived and it suited us perfectly for a long weekend! We would have liked to have stayed longer.
