9.0Apartament był czysty, posiadał wszelkie potrzebne sprzęty, okolica jest spokojna i dobrze skomunikowana. W dobry nastrój rankiem wprowadzała dostępna dla gości kawa oraz ogródek. Komunikacja z osobami zarządzającymi również była bez zarzutu.

8.0Quiet and relatively safe location. Excellent accessibility (5–10 minutes walk to commuter trains, subway, and bus stops). Close to grocery stores (5–15 minutes walk). Clean and tidy spaces. Comfortable beds. A nice bonus was the complimentary food provided (jam, mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pastries).
− Attic space with no air conditioning, making it quite hot. Access to the top-floor attic apartment is via a narrow spiral staircase (uncomfortable when carrying a large suitcase). Almost no storage space for clothes (a disadvantage for longer stays or during winter). Missing mosquito and insect nets on the windows. Occasional low water pressure from the tap/shower during the day. Very loose kitchen faucet that feels like it will fall apart during use (needs repair or replacement). The room door cannot be fully locked, only pulled shut. There is a fixed knob on the outside, so it can only be opened with a key.

8.0Es war sehr sauber. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber gemütlich. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Besonders aufmerksam war, dass die Gastgeberin fürs Frühstück gesorgt hat. Es war alles da zum Frühstück, man musste nicht einkaufen.
