Beautiful House, exquisite surroundings, great facilities, the lack of cleanliness was an issue however and faults with
7.0Beautiful location and house, surroundings and ideal for comfort.
− Wasn’t cleaned fully when we arrived i.e bins were full, floor wasn’t clean, were issues when we arrived such as chairs broke, 1 at dining table and the leg of a ‘comfort chair’ twisted along with the back of the main sofa being damaged, the black rubber lining on the downstairs doors leading into the garden and the bedroom facing the garden, both had issues, and both we’re loose when we arrived, and quickly worsened with use. Finally the hot tub being out of order and dirty when we arrived (was sorted by maintenance quickly to their credit)
Just needs bit of extra care & attention to make sure appearance matches the cost to stay there

− Lots of cobwebs on lights,walls Skirtings in several rooms etc on arrival bins already full so couldn’t dispose of our rubbish on site
