Nice place, nice room, nice all

The location of the villa is absolutely fantastic—just two minutes on foot down a set of stairs to the sea. At the beach, anyone can rent sunbeds and order drinks from the hotel perched right above, making it feel like your own private slice of paradise. Everything seems perfect at first... until you start noticing the little details of the villa itself.

− The entire villa clearly needs a full renovation, along with all the outdoor features that are currently malfunctioning. A major disappointment was when the exterior lights suddenly stopped working for no apparent reason, and the caretaker did nothing to address it. When we inquired about fixing the window shades, we were told the maintenance company has been on vacation since early August. To top it off, the caretaker spoke limited English and seemed perpetually rushed. It's heartbreaking, really... the villa has all the makings of a true hidden gem in Kassandra, and it likely was for a few years. But spots like this thrive on ongoing maintenance and small updates to keep their charm alive. Nevertheless, if you don't care about a couple of broken lights, water puddles constantly building up in front of the main entrance and moldy smell in the other 1-bedroom house(that is not attached to the main villa), then it could be a great fit for you. For our family, it definitely wasn't.

Perfect and relaxing place for families!!

We had such a great time in this villa! This property is huge and is suitable for many combinations of families in one-house (couple with no kids, couple with kids, adolescents, etc.). The view is spectacular, the yard is huge, it's only 2 min walking to the beach (a good and quiet one). The villa is well equipped, either the kitchen and the rest (washing machine, TV, towels). The location is great: only 3 min driving to restaurants and supermarkets. The host was very kind and responsive. Highly recommended!!

− The pool was quite deep: even someone 1.8 meters tall had to stand on their tiptoes to keep their head above water. Overall, the house was very clean, though a few areas could benefit from more thorough cleaning and some minor renovations.

ჩვენ ვმოგზაურობდით ოჯახით და ძალიან მოგვეწონა ყველაფერი. განსაკუთრებით ადგილმდებარეობა და ხედი ზღვაზე. სამზარეულო აღჭურვილი იყო ყველა საჭირო ინვენტარით რამაც ძალიან გაამარტივა ჩვენი იქ ყოფნა 1 კვირის განმავლობაში.

Locatia este superba, vederea la mare si plaja amenajata la 50m sunt punctele forte. Piscina este perfecta, adancime cuprinsa intre 1.70 m - 2.00 m. Ai la dispozitie aproape tot ce ai nevoie pentru o vacanta reusita, totul este ca in descriere!

− Parea cumva ca nu se facuse curat inaintea sosirii noastre, erau frunze in piscina, pe alei si in jacuzzi. Au fost unele probleme cu alimenatarea cu apa dar s-au rezolvat rapid.
