regret to say- not recommended at all
1.0I regret to say that the house', although large and looks stylish in it's design was dirty-there was a strong smell of cleaning spray when we enterd but the house had hair on the floors 'stains on the sheets; dust under the beds; the oven and mucrowave and the refregirator weren clened and there were hardly any cooking utensils avalable. the owner Shey appologized upon recieving the pictures and wanted to send someone to clean. But then we saw a mouse running through the kitchen to one of the rooms and we took our lagguage and left the property.
− upon contecting the owner she agreed to refund our money as we left a couple of hours after arriving. unfortunatly days later and she has not done so, and when called her, she replied that she will refund the stay but charge us for the cleanung fees.

10.0What a fantastic location in Hartford to be close to the city and far enough away to have peace and quiet in this amazing stay! And oh you are in for a surprise with the iron claw bathtub! Extremely clean and well organized!

8.0Bright and airy, comfortable, clean accommodations. Easy key pad entry. Loved having an electric tea kettle!
− The amenities list should be updated since we arrived expecting a hair dryer and toiletries. It would have also been nice to have dish towels (to reduce the number of paper towels we used) and hand towels. In the bathroom we used the extra bath towel as a hand towel. The primary bedroom ceiling fan remote was missing. A step stool would have been nice to adjust the pull-chain ceiling fans.
Has potential but unclean
3.0The accommodation was spacious and has parking. Check in process is easy and host is friendly.
− unfortunately it seems the property may not have been cleaned between guests on this occasion. Luckily we were only staying for 1 night - we feel the attached images speak for themselves. There was also arguing between the people in property next door which was loud and going on until the early hours - we appreciate this is out of the hosts control, but is worth being aware of.
Comfortable simple place with lots of space and light.
