− Iron was old and burnt, hair dryer plug was smashed up, poor hygiene, towels were not clean, not enough toilet roll, WiFi did not work

1.0− Shower was blocked, couldn’t even shower during the stay. Toilet seat was broken Wardrobe did not have any hanging rails No iron board Sent message to host who didn’t even bother replying

− It was absolutely filthy and the people who look after it just blank you. Had to take the bedding the laundrette ourselves and clean the property
