4.0The cleaning lady was super helpful and sweet! The layout is cool and perfect for a short stay.
− The property owners lack of communication. The lack of a stove. It looks like there would be one but there isn’t and the stove gas thing they have on the patio needs a new propane tank to get it to work.
Would consider this property again next year if there was a cooktop! Aside from this and no heat during unseasonal cold
9.0Location was great as I didn’t have a car. As I am a single traveler the space was great for a month long stay. Safe, clean and met most of my needs. I didn’t have much interaction with the host. Seemed newly added/renovated. Washer and dryer, products too.
− There was an unseasonably cold, multi day period twice during my stay. I had trouble trying to turn on the heat from the wall mounted unit. There was no local contact or Emil address for problems (I suggested this was necessary when I checked out). Turns out the unit has no heat just AC. I finally heard from the owner that there was a small space heater in the kitchen cupboard. It was sufficient🥶 The unit had a very well stocked kitchen! Pots, pans, utensils. What it lacked was a cook top! (This was advertised as being present). You could see on the counter top that it is intended, maybe tariff’s has delayed it🤷♀️. There was a micro wave but that was it. This added a lot of expense to my month long stay. There was a propane burner on the outside patio, but not the same as having a cooktop!

7.0The location is good. The place is cozy and well decorated with everything. For two people it is perfect.
− The pots and pans are very worn out, there are corroded areas on them because the teflon coating came out long time ago. The sofa bed is old, it sinks when a person laids down. I have one at home, and it does not look like that.
Beautiful waterfront with wildlife nearby. Apartment was just right for me.
9.0Good, quiet location .. close to the beautiful water front. Well decorated and furnished. Clean and comfortable.
− All was good. ( but as I didn’t have a car it was helpful to have transport from a friend to do grocery shopping) .
