9.0Excellent location close to North Arm and walking distance to shops and a very good cafe next door (unfortunately closed Mondays) Nice outlook to the lake and associated park and walkway.
− Moderately amount of road noise during the day but not sufficient to disturb at night.

Beautiful home in a lovely location
10.0Lovely, clean home with great amenities. I stayed in Lakes Entrance with my relatives and friends from overseas visiting Australia for the first time and they said the home and surrounding landmarks were beautiful. Highly recommend!
