8.0It’s a beautiful clean small 1 BHK property, good for 2 people. Exactly on the main road of Mactan Newtown Cebu.very near to Reastaurant’s, Grocery store and airport.
− Can have little better amenities inside the house. Good quality gas stove, blanket/ quilt.
