Very basic. Two flights of stairs to climb

− The STAIRS! No lift or elevator. The property needs maintenance. Loose tiles, leaky sink, toilet takes ages to refill its cistern, furnishings are outdated, very basic. They charge for a cup of hot water (10 pesos). Toilet rolls are rationed, extra charge if you want more.
