Great for zero spending limit
7.0It was on the expensive side compared to other places of exact type from other experiences I had or share with other friends through other booking types such as going thru air bnb which would have been cheaper for the same type of space. But other than that everything else was wonderful and relaxing. No complaints I enjoyed myself the whole time I was there!!!
− Just the price was way to high in comparison to others of same space type if I would've just did a little m is re research instead of jumping on first while apartment/house style thru first app I chose to look at. Also the fact the floors were creaking with every step making me feel UNCOMFORTABLE as if I was going to be bothering the ppl downstairs from it.

Guests are required to sign and abide by the Renter Agreement provided upon booking, as well provide us with a copy of your government-issued ID, and to place a security deposit on file with us via your credit card (shared space rentals do not require a security deposit). These are required within 3 days of making your reservation, or, if your stay is within 24 hours, within one hour of making your reservation, or your reservation will be canceled and/or you will not be allowed access to the rental property. Residents of the state of Illinois are required to provide an additional security deposit and/or documentation upon request, and may also be required to sign a Renter Agreement Addendum.
