9.0Fijne accomodatie aan het beging van het Pitztal. De Sommer Card die je erbij krijgt is super en geeft je veel mogelijkheden voor van allerlei activiteiten in de buurt. Het zwembad is ook top.
− Enige kleine puntje is de hitte in de kamers, het is ook moeilijk af te koelen omdat er geen insecten hor is geïnstalleerd op zowel de ramen als de deuren.

− I was requested by mail day upfront to confirm time of arrival , which I was unable to do (didn't know for sure what time I could leave) ; therefore I waited 1.5 hr before the concierge arrived to hand over the key of appt. First bathroom when you enter appt , we didn't get warm water for the shower (but in the sink was ok), so we used other showers. As suggestion to owners : standard drinking glasses really are very small (and bigger cocktail glasses are not practical for washing up).

Professional, pleasant and perfect amenities.
10.0Tidy, clean, all the necessary facilities. Pitztal is lovely for winter activities and there was a ski and boot drying room. The check in and check out was easy and the team were extremely polite.

10.0Great apartment for our group, with every bedroom having its own bathroom. Excellent location in the village, with a supermarket next door and two restaurants within 2 minutes walk. Arzl im Pitztal is a very good base for mountain activities, centrally located between some of our favourite ski resorts.
− The only minor negative was that the sauna was only available a few days a week, which didn't include Saturday when it would have been very welcome after a day of skiing.
