− Poor internet quality, particularly during windy conditions. The apartment is quite dark, with limited natural light. The sofa has an unpleasant odor and would benefit from thorough cleaning.

7.0Very conveniently located, close to the BEC and metro line. Quiet neighbourhood, spacious livingroom and bedroom with ample storage. Did not try the kitchen but it looked well equipped. Very comfortable bed.
− The entry was quite complicated and not as described in the pre-check in guide. Thankfully the staff was very quick to help remotely. The apartment was missing an ironing board even though it had an iron, suggest adding one for future business travellers. Most importantly, the heating was not really able to cope with the cold weather of November which resulted in an illness. Even after the thermostat was cranked up, it reduced the temp down to 18 degrees after some time. A remote option to turn up the heat before guests arrive would be helpful.
