Would never stay again really bad

− It was dirty the beds were not changed on arrival had to call to get them changed had slugs with salt on in the living room no toilet rolls the bin was full not emptied it was dirty all over the cleaner came in and left the slug on the floor in the living room the tv had no channels had to leave a day early was charged a large amount of money also was told we would be reimbursed but ignored when contacted toilet had stains on front of bowl the towels were dirty

− Filthy! Rotten damp smell. Couldn’t stay there had to take my newborn to a family members close by.

− The stairs were very steep,one of my sisters had to stay downstairs,could have done with being a bit cleaner for the price of cleaning

− Snail tracks the carpet, hair on the floor and in the bathroom. Mould in the bathroom . Rubbish bin overflowing. We had no chance of dragging it up a step or opening the gate that was stuck
